Wagamama X Buldak by Good Brew

In a world of quick sells, hooks and engagement, how do you tell a story that takes time? For Good Brew, it’s about authenticity. In their film for Wagamama and Buldak Sauce’s collaboration, they weren’t just looking to show new dishes on a menu, but instead champion the culture it came from.

Their doc takes us through Koreatown in New Malden, honouring the humble beginnings of Bibimbap at You Me, a 38 year-old Korean Restaurant and into a meal of KFC (that’s Korean Fried Chicken, before you ask).

It’s a piece of work that sums up Good Brew: the story is about food and the food is about people. What we really see is a sense that behind every sticky glaze and nourishing rice bowl is a table that people have been coming back to for decades.
