Wild Izakaya by India Whiley-Morton

There’s lots of things we could say about Wild Izakaya, the swanky Japanese restaurant in the heart of London. But here, in her latest shoot with them, India shows us one thing that distills the whole establishment: texture. Tempura that you can hear before you taste, almost iridescent columns of ice, cuts of fish that would melt away on your tongue and deep pools of soy sauce will have Japanese food in your head for the rest of the day.
