Sam Harris has always thought cows were really cool. After spending a couple of days capturing them for his latest work with The Estate Dairy, and surviving a few too many licks, he still remains convinced.

We all know Sam for the beauty he finds in cooking and the plated dishes that follow, but here we see another side. The living, breathing four-legged friends are captured gently, living alongside the farmers who care for them. Their inquisitive nature comes to the fore, as the work becomes a celebration of the backbone of our food system.
