Nestled in the middle of nowhere, apple farmers at Wilkins Farm patiently waited. The small window of the apple harvest would show itself any day now and they were ready, as they have been at every harvest for the past 100 years.
This time, though, Ned Gibbs, was ready with his camera. As ever, he is interested in the world of drinks, not just a glass of it. Luckily, the process of making cider is steeped in experience, so Ned pointed his camera to the people who pour their knowledge into the good stuff.
